Our childcare team have been chosen for their love of children and enthusiasm for their jobs. We are a highly qualified, friendly, approachable and trustworthy team.

Our children are supervised by a carefully selected, dedicated and talented team of qualified childcare professionals who are vetted thoroughly; they all hold valid "live" Enhanced DBS Checks, valid Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene Certificates; and who we actively encourage and develop through on-going training and updates.

Greg Wolff

I have an Honours degree in education and have worked in early years for over 25 years. During this time I have been an Ofsted Inspector and Team Manager, Local Authority Lead Advisor for Early Years and have held operations and director level positions with a number of nursery companies and chains. I also have my own successful early years consultancy. In my spare time I enjoy following Liverpool FC, Formula 1 and cooking.

Lisa Wolff

Although my background isn’t in early years, I have always worked in the education, health and care sectors. I am currently working as a Care Navigator for Age UK but I bring my passion for helping those with special educational needs, brought about through personal family experience, to MODN. I am extremely organised and I also hope that this will permeate through the processes we instigate at the nursery.

Carla George

I have over 10 years’ experience in early years and I’ve worked with all ages from babies through to pre-schoolers. I have experience working with children who have Special Educational Needs, both medical and educational. I am always keen to learn more and be the best person I can be. I love to watch the children in my care grow and develop. In my spare time I love to bake and I’m very fond of giraffes! Also, I have a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, a Level 2 Working with Children 0-5 with Special Needs and Level 3 Award in Speech and Language Support for Under 5s.

Mandy George

Deputy Manager

I have several years’ experience in child care and have a Level 3 qualification. Family plays a large part in my life as I have four children and a grandson. I believe that learning through play helps children grow, develop and form friendships. When I am not working, I enjoy family time, walks with my dogs and craft making activities which I hope to adapt to help our children explore.

Sasha Johns

Room Leader Little Acorns

I am a qualified Level 3 practitioner and I have 2 years of experience working in Early Years settings. I have been trained in Montessori pedagogy and I love to see children exploring the world through play, gaining confidence in themselves, and becoming more independent during their time at Mighty Oaks! In addition to this, I am a qualified Yoga and RAD ballet teacher and I love sharing my passion for music and movement with children of all ages. In my free time, I enjoy reading, yoga, and walking my dogs!

Katie Lane

Nursery Practitioner Little Acorns

I am the youngest member of the MODN family, but am hoping and willing to bring some new experience and fresh suggestions. I have completed my Level 3 childcare qualification and am currently studying at the University of Winchester. I believe children learn through play, experiencing the world and learning to respect the environment and those around them, having opportunities and to problem solve. I am a fun-loving family girl who enjoys nothing more than going out and about in whatever the weather; you’re most likely to find me in the forest, down on the beach or watching some well-loved Disney classics.

Sarah Marie

Nursery Housekeeper & Bank Practitioner

I have been a part of the MODN family for a few years now, not only as a colleague but as a parent too. I am a kind, caring individual and very happy to be part of the team. In my spare time I thoroughly enjoy doing crafts and spending quality time with my family, making special memories.

Jess Taylor

Nursery Practitioner Mighty Oaks Room

I have 5 years’ experience in early years and have worked with all ages from 3 months to 5 years. I aspire to become the best I can be and watching children learn and develop helps inspire me to do this. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My favourite animals are dolphins and I enjoy watching films, particularly anything made by Disney.

Anastasia Hrynkevich

Nursery Apprentice Mighty Oaks Room

I have been working in childcare for more than 2 years in the UK. I love spending time with children and enjoy working with them. It is lovely to see how much they grow and learn through play. I adore making them happy, creating funny toys for them, looking for new songs and bringing something new for them to do each day. I enjoy spending time surrounded by nature, finding out new things and achieving.
